Submit a Teaching Story - A Checklist Here's a checklist of some things to consider when submitting a story. You do not have to include all of these items in your story. Was this activity used to solve a specific problem/misconception? What did the students do?
Was the activity done throughout the semester? What were the size of the student groups? How were the groups chosen and by whom? When did the groups meet: in class, out of class, both? How did the group members communicate with each other and with you?
Did students evaluate their group's final product? If so, how? Did students evaluate each other? If so, how? Was there a questionnaire? How was this activity incorporated into the course grade?
Were unforeseen goals realized? Were there pitfalls with this activity?
