What's The Research On...?Educational TechnologyMany researchers use video to record and analyze effective teaching practices in classrooms. Given the large size of video data files, it’s important to have powerful and intuitive software tools to catalog them and to annotate and recall specific events. WCER’s Digital Insight project facilitates good content management practices by helping researchers catalog their data, navigate through their collections, annotate analytically interesting segments, and create links between these annotated clips for the visual chain of argument necessary to support complex arguments. |
