IRB Webkit Tutorial1. On the UW Human Research Protections Program Web page click the Online Submission link under the Education Research heading.
When you click the Online Submission link, you see the Central Authentication page. 2. On the Central Authentication page, enter your NetID and password.
Once you've entered these, you see the IRB WebKit home page, which provides a summary of any human subjects applications you have in process, and allows you to create new applications and edit, renew, or amend existing ones.
