Lecture SeriesVisiting Minority Scholars Lecture Series, 2011-2012The School of Education and the Wisconsin Center for Education Research sponsor a minority visiting scholars program. The goal of the program is to make minority scholars and their work in education more visible on our campus. WCER Graduate Training Brownbag Series, 2010-2011The Graduate Training Brownbag series is open to the public and scheduled for the second Thursday of every month from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM in Room 259 Educational Sciences. It is designed to connect graduate students with the rich intellectual, technical, and practical resources available in the UW community. Doctoral Research Program, 2011-2012The Doctoral Research Program Lecture Series is organized by students in the DRP program and is free and open to the public. Sessions are typically on the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 3:00 – 4:00 pm in 259 Teacher Education Building (unless noted). Light refreshments served at most events.
