Two Administration Studies Win Awards

March 3, 2009

Two papers co-authored by Eric Camburn and colleagues recently won awards. The Journal of Educational Administration’s W.G. Walker Outstanding Paper Award went to a paper Camburn wrote with colleagues from Vanderbilt University and the University of Pennsylvania, entitled “School context and individual characteristics: what influences principal practice?” A paper he co-authored with colleagues from Northwestern University appeared in a special issue of the Journal of Educational Administration that focused on Distributed Leadership. That special issue was given the “Outstanding Edition” award for 2008.
