SCALE Education Partnership Conference 2005Interests of mathematics and science educators at all educational levels were addressed at a SCALE/QED/FOCUS conference in Los Angeles March 11-12 titled "An NSF Framework for Improving Math and Science Learning Environments." Keynote speakers included Diane Resek (San Francisco State University), "What is Challenging Curricula?" and Lynda Goff (University of California Office of the President), "Teacher Quality, Quantity, and Diversity."
