This study, funded by The Cross City Campaign for Urban School Reform, includes the school districts of Milwaukee, Chicago, and Seattle. WCER's William Clune and Eric Osthoff coordinate and conduct the Milwaukee portion of this three-city study, which includes school-level data collection, data coding, and preliminary data analysis.
