Comprehensive Center Delivers

One strength of the research conducted here at WCER is the breadth of expertise held by our principal investigators. Their focus covers everything from learners and the learning process through instruction, leadership and innovation, the organizational perspective, community contexts, policy reforms, and perspectives on the research process itself.

WCER disseminates research findings through the staff of the Comprehensive Center-Region VI (http://www.wcer.wisc.edu/ccvi), part of a federally-funded network of technical assistance centers that helps states, districts, and schools meet the needs of children served under the Improving America's Schools Act. One of 15 Comprehensive Centers nationwide, the CC-VI delivers services to clients in Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
