Dr. Paula A. White is Project Manager of Formative Assessment Records for English Language Learners (FLARE) at the Wisconsin Center for Education Research, University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has served as researcher and evaluator on numerous projects including the MMSD Mathematics Task Force, NSF’s System-wide Change for all Learners and Educators, the GK-12 Graduate Fellows Program, and the Adding Value to the Mathematics and Science Partnerships Evaluations Technical Assistance grant. She also served as the Project Manager for the National Institute for Science Education (NISE). Dr. White received her Ph.D. in educational policy studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
