Rosalie Grant
  Assistant Scientist

Rosalie Grant is a WIDA researcher at WCER. She received her Ph.D. and master's degree in science education from the University of Oklahoma. Her background includes being an educational measurement officer and school review officer for a state education department, and researching and evaluating programs for the Australian government. She has held management and leadership positions developing policies and programs focusing on minority students for the Australian government.

Dr. Grant's broad analytical experience includes developing a criterion-referenced assessment system, introducing multivariate analytical techniques for evaluating national labor market programs, developing a highly effective model of service quality based on item response theory, and developing performance-based accountability systems across all sectors of education. Her research and analytical experience is built on over 10 years' experience of teaching and lecturing in secondary and tertiary education.
