Kristopher Stewart
  Associate Researcher


Kristopher Stewart assists the research director in analyzing data related to aligning academic standards with assessments and serves as a research liaison to state and local stake-holders.

Kris received a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology, as well as a master of arts in teaching from Wayne State University. He also earned a master’s in public policy and administration from California State University-Long Beach, and is currently in the process of completing a Ph.D. in literacy studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In the past, Kris has worked as an elementary school teacher, a nonprofit manager, and policy advisor to in local and state government.
