Jennifer Winter
  Assistant Researcher


Jen Winter is an assistant researcher at the Value-Added Research Center. She currently works on the Los Angeles value-added project, the transition to Common Core assessments, and new project development. She joined VARC in May 2011 after completing her master's degree in International Public Affairs at UW-Madison, where she focused on quantitative methods for policy analysis and social policy. Prior to finishing her master's, Jen completed her B.A. in political science and French at UW-Madison.
