Gwen is responsible for all of WCER's post-award financial activities. This includes financial reporting for federal and non-federal projects, audit and reconciliation of all expenditures. Gwen also works with program managers for WCER projects on future projections. She coordinates the close-out of each project with research and sponsor programs. Additionally, Gwen deposits all royalty payments and authorizes requests for the majority of WCER expenditures, as well as processing financial transfers and refunds when necessary.
