David works in WCER’s Technical Services, where he specializes in capturing video from within different types of education research environments, and creating video-based presentations and professional development tools. This includes audio/video recording, audio/video editing, video graphics creation, and final product distribution.

David also manages and maintains the WCER Technical Services Suite's multimedia resources, which includes assisting WCER project staff in learning how to use these resources. He advises WCER research project personnel on purchasing audio/video hardware and software, and manages the WCER Technical Services A/V equipment checkout library.
