Sarah Mason

| Sarah Mason is a Researcher at the Wisconsin Center for Education Research, currently working as project manager for the SCALE (System-wide Change for all Learners and Educators) MSP. Over the last 15 years she has been an evaluator, researcher and project manager. She has directed the design and implementation of several K-16 education evaluation and research studies in the areas of vocational education, special education, school improvement, curriculum integration, value-added analysis, and school-level data-driven decision-making. She has worked with numerous urban school districts, coordinating research and technical assistance for new initiatives, program development, policy reform, and school improvement. In her work for the Center for Systemic Reform-Milwaukee Public Schools, she has served as both researcher and project manager. This work includes research on policy and practice in the areas of: school use of data for school improvement, professional learning communities, electronic information systems, accountability and assessment systems, value-added analysis, and systemwide reform.
