Alissa Oleck
Research Specialist

| Alissa Oleck is a Senior Research Specialist at the Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER), currently working as project manager for the Measures of Enacted Curriculum (MEC) project. The Measures of Enacted Curriculum include the Surveys of Enacted Curriculum, a set of data collection instruments that provide reliable, comparable data on teaching practices, curriculum, teacher preparation and professional development, as well as a content analysis and alignment model of state and national curriculum materials, assessments, standards to classroom instruction.
For the last eleven years she has been the project manager for multiple projects including: the Data on Enacted Curriculum project; the Longitudinal Design to Measure Effects of MSP Professional Development in Improving Instruction in Mathematics and Science Education project; and the Content Analysis and Alignment Study for Pearson Education. She has also been involved with a variety of other data collection projects at WCER, assisting in survey development, preparation, and data entry and processing.
Alissa is the immediate past president and serves on the Board of Directors of the Junior League of Madison.
