Allan Odden
  Professor


Allan R. Odden is a Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (ELPA), Director of Strategic Management of Human Capital, and codirector of the Consortium for Policy Research in Education in the Wisconsin Center for Education Research.

His research includes strategic management of human capital in education, effective teachers and principals, teacher compensation, education finance, school finance adequacy, school-based financing, school-based management, effective resource allocation and use, resource reallocation, strategic use of human resources, and educational policy and its implementation.
