Allan Odden
Professor

| Allan R. Odden is a Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (ELPA) and codirector of the Consortium for Policy Research in Education in the Wisconsin Center for Education Research.
His research includes teacher compensation, education finance, school finance adequacy, school-based financing, school-based management, resource allocation and use, strategic use of human resources, and educational policy and its implementation.
