Evaluation of the Second Year of Implementation of the Cincinnati Public Schools' Teacher Evaluation System

The Cincinnati Public Schools implemented a new teacher evaluation system in the 2000-2001 school year. CPRE's formative evaluation of the new system focuses on the implementation and impact of five significant changes recommended after the first year of the system. Another focus is on assessing teacher and administrator reactions to the system and looking at some indicators of the quality of evaluations and feedback provided by evaluators.
