Integrated Evaluation of ARRA Funding, Implementation and Outcomes

In collaboration with Westat this project is evaluating the impacts of the suite of funding programs funded under the American Recovery & Readjustment Act on state and district policy and student achievement. The ARRA programs include School Improvement Grants, Race to the Top, Teacher Incentive Fund Round 3, and the Investing in Innovation (I3) grants. A sort of omnibus evaluation, it aims at tracking the funding as well as policy impacts.
