This is your opportunity to provide your instructor with information about your current level of interest and expertise in thecourse material. If this is an end-of-term instrument, this is your opportunity to provide your instructor with feedback about how well parts of the course are helping you learn and how well you feel you understand the material. In order to complete the survey, you will need the course ID number and a course password. You may also need to submit an unique identification string or number (which are requested once you submit the course ID and password).
