WCER Technical Services Helpdesk and Application Support

Michael has been with WCER Technical Services since December of 2006.  He has been one of Technical Services’ Mac and Apple computer specialists for most of his time here at WCER. Currently, he is part of the WCER Technical Services Helpdesk team, specializing in Apple and Mac technology.

Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, Michael is a proud Madisonian, and continues to be amazed at the city’s growth and development. As a product of Madison’s public school system (Madison Memorial High School) Michael continues to be very interested and passionate about the quality of Madison Public Schools and an advocate for programs that are committed to making MMSD schools stronger. Michael is also a proud Badger, having graduated from UW-Madison in 2002.

Michael’s other passions include sports, music and the music industry, and all things Italian.  After having lived a year over in Italy teaching English as a foreign language, Michael has been fortunate to get to truly know the country while getting in-touch with his roots……If you speak any Italian, come on it and chat!  ‘Si parla l'Italiano!’
