Partnership to Offer Value-Added Services

WCER’s Value Added Research Center (VARC) has partnered with Edvance Research to offer educators a range of research and service employing value-added models. VARC director Robert Meyer says the partnership will enhance VARC’s ability to boost school improvement by offering educators innovative, evidence-based tools to better measure the performance of students, teachers, school districts and state education organizations. The partnership will develop a national network of districts. Edvance Research provides helps education leaders use data to conduct research, evaluate programs, and foster school improvement.
