Oriana Eversole

Research and Evaluation Scientist

Dr. Eversole is a scientist with the Wisconsin Evaluation Collaborative and an operations strategist and project lead for Region 10 Comprehensive Center (Wisconsin-Minnesota), a federally funded center to support capacity building and implementation of evidence-based practices for SEAs and LEAs. She has held multiple leadership positions and has been a strategic partner in systems change at the organizational, district, and state levels.

She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Educational Measurement and Evaluation and a cognate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of South Florida (USF). Her specialization is collaborative and participatory evaluation as well as Culturally Responsive and Equitable Evaluation (CREE). In addition, she has expertise in continuous improvement and systems change approaches—including Lean Six Sigma, Improvement Science, Implementation Science, and Design Thinking.
