Hacer Karamese
WIDA Psychometrician
Hacer is a psychometrician working in WIDA’s Assessment department. Hacer received both her M.A. and Ph.D. in Educational Measurement and Statistics from the University of Iowa. Her research mainly focuses on issues around multistage adaptive testing, such as test design, scoring, routing, parameter estimation, reliability, and classification decisions. Before joining WIDA, Hacer worked as a research specialist at the University of Iowa, where she supported program evaluation, data visualization, and psychometric efforts for the NIH NNLM All of Us Program Center.
